She leaves to cherish her memories her wonderful children Stephanie Boone and Stephen Haggins mother, Mary Helen Wynn-White granddaughter, Alexis Boone siblings, Louis Parker Jr., Michael White, and Carla Parker aunts, Claire (David) Boston, and Louise Wynn- Pointer uncle, Greg Tinsley, and a host of other relatives. Haggins devoted her life to helping others and was a graduate of Oconee High School, Class of 1967. step-father, Walter White and grandmother, Clara Wynn-Tinsley. Carolyn was called home on September 27, 2021.She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Parker Sr.
Haggins was born August 8, 1949, to the late Louis Parker Sr. Location: Serenity Funeral Home, Dublin 414 Telfair Street Dublin, GA 31021.Interment will follow at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery 494 Evergreen Road, Dublin. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ (1605 Green St, Dublin, GA 31021). Haggins will be held Saturday, Octoat 1:00PM.
